TMS Digital Badges
What is a Digital Badge?
In the digital age, digital badges have emerged as a dynamic, portable, and trustworthy way to recognise and showcase skills and achievements. With their visual appeal and verifiable metadata, they have transformed the way we recognise our TMS Accredited Practitioners, making them a valuable asset for individuals and organisations alike.
TMS has teamed up with Credly to provide you with a digital badge for each TMS Profile you hold an accreditation in. Your digital badge serves as an authenticated digital representation of your accreditation status.
Embrace the future of recognition with digital badges and start sharing your achievements with the world today.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What happens after I have completed an accreditation?
A: Your TMS distributor will send you an email. Follow the instructions to claim your badge and set up your account. The email will be from Credly admin@credly.com.
Q: How do I share my badge?
A: Share your badge on social media such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Facebook, as part of your email signature or embedded in your website.
Q: What if I don’t want my badge to be public?
A: You can configure your privacy settings so you are in control of the information about yourself that is made public.
Q: Is there a fee to use this?
A: No. This is a service TMS provides to you, at no cost.
Q: What are the benefits of a badge?
A: Representing your skills as a digital badge gives you a way to share your abilities online in a way that is simple, trusted and can be easily verified in real-time. Badges provide employers and peers concrete evidence of what you had to do to earn your credential and what you’re now capable of.
Q: What is an open badge?
A: Open badges are web-enabled versions of a credential, certification or learning outcome which can be verified in real-time, online. The technology Credly uses is based on the Open Badge Standards maintained by IMS Global. This enables you to manage, share and verify your competencies digitally.
Q: What’s to keep someone else from copying my badge and using it?
A: While badges are simply digital image files, they are uniquely linked to data hosted on the Credly Platform. This link to verified data makes them more reliable and secure than a paper-based certificate. It also eliminates the possibility of anyone claiming your credential and your associated identity.
